Welcome to SoftCADMation. By accessing our website (softcadmation.com), purchasing software licenses, or installing our AutoCAD / ZWCAD plugins (LSP, VLX, ZELX), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Software Licensing & Usage Rights

Upon purchase or free trial activation, SoftCADMation grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the software subject to the plan parameters:

• Device Allocation: Each purchased license plan specifies the maximum number of simultaneous PC devices (e.g. 1 PC, 2 PCs, 5 PCs). Each device is bound via unique Hardware ID (HWID).
• License Duration: Licenses remain active for the duration purchased (e.g. 1 Month, 1 Year, or Lifetime).
• Non-Commercial Distribution: You may not sublicense, rent, lease, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software binaries without written permission from SoftCADMation.

2. User Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registered email address and OTP verification codes. Any actions performed under your account or registered devices are your responsibility.

3. Purchases, Pricing & Billing

• All prices listed on SoftCADMation are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing or promotional discounts at any time. Any price changes will not affect active, prepaid license durations.
• Payments are processed securely via certified payment gateways (Razorpay). By completing a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Free Trial

We provide a complimentary Free Trial for our products so users can test compatibility with their CAD versions and verify functionality before purchasing. Each user is entitled to one free trial period per product.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software scripts, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, graphics, and documentation provided by SoftCADMation are the proprietary intellectual property of SoftCADMation and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While SoftCADMation tools are thoroughly tested for high performance and reliability across AutoCAD and ZWCAD platforms, our software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SoftCADMation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from drawing errors or software incompatibilities.

7. Termination & License Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses if a user engages in piracy, unauthorized key sharing, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
