1. Free Trial Before Purchase
To ensure complete transparency and satisfaction, we offer a Free Trial for our CAD plugins. We strongly encourage all users to download and test the plugin on their CAD environment (AutoCAD or ZWCAD) to verify compatibility and feature satisfaction before making a payment.
2. Refund Eligibility & 7-Day Technical Guarantee
Since our products are downloadable digital software licenses with instant delivery, refunds are governed under our 7-Day Technical Guarantee:
- Technical Malfunction: If the software fails to function on a supported CAD version (AutoCAD 2019-2025, ZWCAD 2020-2025) and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days of your report, you are eligible for a 100% Full Refund.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction due to a network glitch, the extra amount will be refunded immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be approved in the following cases:
- Requests submitted after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Change of mind after the license key has been activated and used.
- Purchases made for unsupported, obsolete, or pirated/cracked CAD platforms.
- Violations of software licensing terms (e.g. key sharing or unauthorized modification).
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email our support team at techy@softcadmation.com with the following details:
- Registered Email Address
- Razorpay Payment ID or Order ID
- Product Name (e.g. Smart Area Label Pro)
- Brief description or screenshot of the technical issue encountered
Refund Processing Timeline: Once approved, refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 5 to 7 working days as per standard banking timelines.
5. Order Cancellation
Because software licenses and digital downloads are fulfilled instantly upon payment verification, orders cannot be cancelled once digital delivery is completed. However, you can manage, transfer, or disable authorized devices from your account dashboard anytime.
